According to patch notes, Darius's E (Crippling Strike) does not scale with level IN ANY WAY.
someone please tell me that level 5 crippling strike is not identical to level 1 crippling strike.

Meep Man1 votesThe cool down scales down per level. It is CURRENTLY 8 seconds at all ranks. It will next patch be 9-5 seconds. Its an error.
