why doesn't riot just make evelyn similar to dota's riki?

the most annoying thing about eve is undoubtedly the perma invisibility at level 1 and if they were to shift that power to a level 6 ulti passive or something then maybe eve can get the buffs that all those eve players complain about.

oh lma0 i havent played dota in so long that i forgot he got reworked in late 2015 to not be permastealth anymore.

he is still permanently invisible but he got reworked and now he can be invisble at lvl 1 like eve
