Very stupid question but I can't figure this out

HOW DO YOU MAKE A CLAN TAG, The only defining thing says it needs to have 5 people in it, I have 5 including myself as leader. I am sure it is something VERY stupid but i just can't figure out how to do it, There isn't an icon in the club tab on bot right or in the clan chat....
