Can Annie get a decay on her passive if she doesn't use it now?

Why is it that there are variations of power that are lost when you don't do anything with it. Gnar Renekton Aatrox TryndamereShyvana have some sort of mechanic that decays if they don't keep up with the demand. And riot loving to have champions have frames of power. So why is it that Annie can sit on her passive and wait for the one time you mess up and die for it... making it one of the few champions that go against this.

So would having her passive decay say like a Jhin reload be out of the question? 10 seconds and she loses her stacks, making her have to utilize her passive in a short time after getting it or lose the power it has.

With the assassin rework riot is making it so assassins have specific time frames of power and if they don't utilize it, they lose the potency. So why not give her something to raise her skill bar while not touching her damage?

Agreed. She directly goes against a lot of the balance team's rules by her simply being able to get up to the stacks and hold it. However, last hitting with her abysmal animation is awful without using her Q to get the literally free cs, so that's a tradeoff of they're expecting her to use the stun on a minion to last hit instead of losing cs while waiting for you to make a mistake and take a step too close. However, that simply doesn't happen and she can pretty easily burst you down with 0 counterplay if you come to close while she has the stun up, and she will hold that stun until you come close enough.

Gnar Renekton Aatrox Tryndamere Shyvana only need to use their auto's to stack.

Annie Lissandra need to spend mana and spells to stack up. Also there are cool downs associated as opposed to the champs above which can auto frequently.

If she's holding on to it, she's not waveclearing. If you get in range to get stunned by her Q, the time it takes for her to walk up to you to get in range to W you'll already be unstunned.

Because the first 5 champs you listed use no mana if you didn't notice. And no, this would ruin her.

It would make her roaming trash tier is probably why.

Can't possibly stun then.

That cheese is literally all Annie is.

becauze she has to use 4 abilities to get her passive active it would completely ruin her as a champ
