• a team with an average ranking of plat in 3s, should not be going aginest a team of masters *premades should not be facing a team of solos

Singed needs some love, every ranged champion destroys him and most viable melees do aswell. Its hard to catch these new champions without him losing all hp, seem everyone has a jump, invisablity, stuns, cc. need to make singed a S tier champion, singed palyers have been waiting long enough.
