Twitch TL;DR Twitch needs a buff
Twitch needs one of two things, a rework or some buffs. Recently they hit Twitch with another nerf, they made it so he could no longer be invisible while backing. The balancing team made it so the inhibitor turrets no longer apply a slow for the purpose of encouraging split pushing. This nerf to Twitch tells us we should do the opposite with him and should only have one play style. A while back Twitch used to be able to get 240% attack speed with the activation of his ultimate and q, now i don't wish to see something this broken but I'd like to see Twitch back in a healthy spot, especially when the meta is making Twitch's passive and altogether kit kind of underwhelming.
The first thing about Twitch is that he has a really weak laning phase compared to most adcs, Riot likes to say that he is a monster late game and this makes up for it, but if you look at adcs like Draven or Tristana they stay strong throughout the whole game. I think a buff to Twitch's q would be a healthy change for him, make q give Twitch bonus attack damage and/or more attack speed. This would allow Twitch to have some more favorable trades. Revert the nerfs to his q that made the stealth's activation delayed by receiving damage and allow him to back while invisible, this makes it so Twitch can have an easier time catching up via split pushing. Lastly give his ultimate the attack speed buff it used to have and, reduce the cool down on it, the ultimate allows Twitch to secure solo kills or team fight, right now with this whole death ball kind of strategy going on Twitch cannot simply keep up with it. He needs the cool down on his ult to be A LOT lower than it is now, try making it something like 65/55/45 and don't try to give this compensation by nerfing it because it really does need the attack speed buff, make it something like 45%/55%/65% attack speed. This will allow Twitch to build other items besides Bork and Ghost blade first items. Now for compensation for this you could reduce the scaling on his e but try buffing its base damage, this will allow Twitch to have more early game pressure but not be overwhelming late game if by luck he gets fed.
Now this is it, thank you for reading this, and if you are a Riot employee i hope you make this happen. Also I'd like to see some feedback from other people, and what you think would be a healthy change for Twitch and why. :)
