Yasuo windwall and Caitlyn ult.
Why.. Does Caitlyns ult not go on the short cooldown if it hits Yasuo's wall. But if Fizz( Or any untargetability champion I think. ) dodges the bullet before it hits him, it does go on the short CD.
Curious question.

Because the bullet actually fired and hit a target, just not the one you wanted. When a champ goes untargetable, the shot has nowhere to go and essentially registers as failing to even go off.
I think the better question would be why does it go on a short Cooldown if Fizz dodges it?
