Can we nerf Varus early game power and buff his late game power a bit?

At late game his power drops quite a lot, since he's very immobile and his damage somewhat falls off compared to the obvious . He's really strong at early game and decent at mid game, I think Riot need to balance this out so that Varus remains some what relavant during late game.

Sure he's got a strong ult CC but trust me (as I am a Varus main) that's all the usefulness you provide your team during late game.
