Positional Ranking Makes Gameplay Feel "Crappy"

Rank gameplay as of S9 has felt very tedious recently with the new positional rank system. Whether its my team or the opposing team it seems as if someone should get an off role, the attempt to win or even play the game goes out the window.

If not getting an off role due to the system, then then they purposefully queue for it to rank up as well but hardly play that positional role & champion.

I don't know how many games I've had so far where people are whipping out new champs for new roles just cause its not the role they typically play, or do it out of spite.

Dont know if its just me but rank doesn't feel as enjoyable as previous seasons.
