Having played from S3 and 4 and intermittently, there have been great fixes and bad ones too. The later of the two having a longer run. Seems like Riot likes to overtune things and then do it again...and again.

What is this? Damagecreep?

While we're at it, lets just give every champ a portable fountain laser. Seems to be the case anyway. Thanks.

they don't like to overtune everything. They just like to nerf anything that can 1v1 an adc.

The yi buffs basically off set the nerfs he got a while ago because "sated devourer was too strong". This has been overdue for too long
