I'd give it a month.

While there are certain things that need to be looked at such as overtuned tanks and the likes of top lane to runes like stopwatch, etc., a lot of other things being complained about are trivial.

Is it really wise to take balancing advice from Akali players that lose lane to Lux ? Or Katarina players that complain how ADCs are too strong and they can't assassinate because they built item 3068 item 3285 item 3748 ? I really don't see how someone who died to a lv2 Twitch cheese gank (the only reason anyone would Twitch jungle) can give adequate balancing advice on how junglers are too op.

While other boards members have valid points, alot of other players, like myself need to just git gud. So let's quit with the fucking "Riot balance team ruined the game" circle jerk, cause I've seen this same trend for at least 4 seasons and guess what, majority of that ended up being a git gud issue, aside from various tweaks of course.

And here comes the down votes.

If game survived the GP / Darius / Shen / Fiora / Urgot / Warwick reworks, Cho "I'll 1 shot you while I have 8k hp" Gath, Sejuani with 1k armor at lv1, the recent Nunu, Singed overbuffing, Ornn overbuffing, Zoe / Illaoi release then it will survive the boards balancing too, trust me.

For example your whole tanks are overtuned idea is dogshit garbage incorrect and nerfing tanks wont solve anything about this game

Now I cant just explain you why nerfing tanks is incorrect because it would require a massive wall of text but its bad suggestion

Riot is doing fine with their job.... I mean they look at the bigger picture rather than the finer details. Plus they do listen to the boards on occasion, right?

You take a part of the complaints, group them as "everyone that complains" and then lists said group as wrong.

Even you know you're wrong in saying that the boards would kill the game; a lot of people on here, especially higher elo players, hold valuable opinions. And people who have been playing the game from the beginning (whatever that means to them/you) who are high elo hold perhaps some of the most valid opinions on the game world wide, and the only place they have to voice them are on the boards.

I agree. Everyone acts like they are challengers...and then even they don't know all the ins and outs of the game.

You just had a bad game or two against a certain champ...oh no...2 out of 100,000 ...good sample size.

Well they have ruined the game. The things you say that need to be looked at are actually huge things that break the game. And you don't need to "git gud" anymore. Riot made sure you can pick up some brain-dead champion and click your way to win without even proper knowledge of role or any mechanics. And actually Akali is dumb. The rework made it even worse. I usually play her when I'm done losing with mechanically challenging or out of meta picks and want to regain some LP for free.

The irony of this post is a LOT of what the Boards say lately is echoed by the likes of Imaqtpie, Scarra, and Tyler1 when they bring up Balance. But I understand, the boards do at times post things out of sheer frustration with little sound argument to support it.

The issue is that most players on the boards are frustrated with the state of the game and then proceed to make sweeping suggestions which obviously don't make sense ("I got killed by KATA she needs delet!1") while in reality balancing the game is difficult (literally, "balancing")

That said, the frustration is understandable and I'm similarly frustrated

I agree completely. Yea things can be improved on, but I feel like all this suddenly came up after hashinshin’s stupid videos. Now it’s all people focus on even though it’s not that bad at all.
