You're fucking warped if you think that current Graves is "worse" than he was before the rework.

He's the strongest ADC in the game.

A) Why is being 'made a jungler' such a bad thing?

B) Why should a passive that gives such massive burst not come with some substantial downsides?

-In addition to already being a bot lane champion and is probably capable of going top as well. He wasn't made worse, he was made god-tier (his burst is insane, can be pretty tanky, and has some hard hitting poke in lane. And still has his dash.)
