Seriously, what is going on here? It doesn't make sense to fiddle around with these lower-priority champions rather than focus on larger-scale projects.

Janna was among the highest priority champions to nerf. The most contested champion in Korea, and third in win rate overall.
Just because she's a support doesn't mean she's fine.
You must come where I come from (Bronze) Well you see, Janna is one of the GOD tier supports up in the high elos, like Not up there around diamond but challenger. In almost every LCS match now.

Be grateful she at least got compensation buffs.
She is the new Sona?
On a semi-related note: I love Janna because its a skill shot I can reasonably dodge.
