Frozen on loading screen

About 30 minutes ago, I jumped into a ranked game, picked my champion just fine, and got into loading screen. At first everything was fine, but I began to notice that loading was taking forever. So, I tried to tab out and entertain myself with something online to pass the time, but alt+tab wouldn't work. (It did show tabs I had open, and Ctrl-Alt-Del worked just fine, so my computer itself wasn't frozen.) So, I waited about 5 more minutes, seeing the enemy Thresh was stuck at 88%.

Still bored, I took out my phone, and decided to look up the game on op.gg. I wasn't in a game at all. I looked at my match history, and saw that my team voted to remake, as I never connected. In loading screen, it said I loaded to 100% quickly and had 55 ping.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there any way to get my LP back? (and get my win rate on Ahri above the 25% it is because of this game? ;-;)
