Cho'Gath Rework

You probably thought this was just another "Oh this champion is boring/OP/underpowered, rework pls" thread. But it was me, Dio!
But actually, I came up with a Cho'Gath rework while I should have been doing homework. Now, I admit I'm no balance expert, so this could be a totally unfair rework, could end up being weak, or, hopefully, will end up just right.
Without further ado, this is my idea of a Cho'Gath rework.
Passive: Unchanged (?) Q- Rupture. Cost: 65/75/85/95/105 mana. Range: 950 Sends a fissure to a targeted location. Enemies in the targeted location when the fissure reaches it are knocked airborne for 1 second and take 80/135/190/245/305 (+100% Ability Power) magic damage. Enemies hit by the fissure will take half damage and be knocked slightly to the side, slowed by 50%, decaying over 2 seconds. (The fissure will be similar to a thin Braum ult, and the “targeted location” will be identical to Cho’Gath’s current Q.)
W- Feral Scream. Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana. Range: 200-700 First cast: Cho’Gath rears back his head, gradually increasing the range, damage, and silence duration of his scream. Second cast: Cho’Gath screams, dealing 50/80/110/140/180 (plus 40% AP) to 90/150/200/275/320 (+80% Ability Power) magic damage depending on the length of first cast, from 0-5 seconds. If not cast a second time within 5 seconds, half the mana cost is refunded and the ability goes back on CD. While preparing his scream, Cho’Gath is slowed by 25% and cannot use any abilities. (except for maybe summoner spells, for the sick flash-W's)
E- Vorpal Spikes/Vorpal Missile Active cost: 40/50/55/60/75 mana Active range: 550 Passive: Basic attacks launch spikes that deal 20/35/50/65/80 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage. Spikes grow wider as Cho'Gath gains Feast stacks. Active: Cho’Gath fires a projectile from his mouth that deals 50/70/100/120/150 (+50% Ability Power). On collision with a unit, the missile splits into two smaller projectiles that fire in a 45 degree angle behind the first unit hit. The smaller projectiles have a range of 300 and their damage is reduced by 50%. Each unit killed with Vorpal Missile replenishes 12/15/17/20/24 mana. (Passive is disabled while the active is on cooldown)
R- Feast Mostly unchanged. Cooldown restoration on minion/monster kill reduced to 33%. Also, possible stack rewards? 3 Stacks: Tremors from Cho’Gath’s footsteps slow enemy units by 20% when they are within 300 range of Cho’Gath. 6 Stacks: Deal 3% of nearby (within a circle of radius 200 units) enemies’ health in magic damage every 2 seconds.
