The clown has been of the most nerfed champions in lol history, is there a chance that riot will ever improve him again?

As long as he has the second most overpowered mobility in the game, he will (rightly) get no buffs.

Only Lee and possibly Zed (with ult) has greater mobility and escape capacity.

Those three cannot match the ultra safe mobility/kit of Shaco.

Even Ahri cannot.

Yes he is ultrasafe but he's not broken meaning he doesn't need to be touched meaning don't touch him ever LEAVE MY CLOWN ALONE FREAKS!

No because he will just end up nerfed again.

This is the problem with trying to buff/nerf broken champions rather than reworking them.

Don't touch Shaco. Ever. He's interactive and balanced and that's all we need, stay away from Shaco. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

lol...balanced .... lol.. He's got tons of issues as an Assassin. That's why there are better ones in the game

Like what? He bursts easily, he has an engage and a good escape so he's not blown up before he can take down his first target, sure, he might be annoying to play against but so is Teemo. Gonna nerf him? What about Evelynn and her permastealth? Just because she pops up behind you to kill you doesn't mean she's unbalanced.
