Twisted treeline: teemo and shaco

It's simple, as long as they're in the game, match lost. There should be a limit on their traps or lower the duration. Also, Teemo's shroom dmg will stop you from capturing an altar. Please Riot, have a look at champions that are broken on the Twisted Treeline, don't ignore gamemodes that are not SR.
