Support Items Balancing

The game needs more support only items and the current support items need to be changed to prevent abuse by midlaners.

  1. Frost Queen Claim: Make Frost Queen's Claim passive go on cooldown just like Frostfangs. This will stop midlaners abusing that support item. Champions like Lux don't need, and should not have access to, a homing missile slow. Revert the herfs to its stats as compensation.

  2. Targons: Make Targon's line final items give more gold per 5 sec. It's VERY hard to farm with it lategame which means tanky supports suffer. The 2 exceptions are Alistar and Braum as they can deny a large portion of the incomming damage but since they don't rely on gold it won't matter.

  3. Grant experience for every ward placed with the Sightstone. This could work like the Cull where placing a ward gives a tiny bit of experience and after placing 25 wards you get a large amount of experience and the passive is disabled. This experience would be increased if you are below the average level of your team.

Supports also need a new line of items that would work like the Rod of Ages or the Strength of Ages keystone.

For example (exact figures would of course need balancing):

NEW ITEM 1: **Soul Siphon ** 250 Health 350 Mana 25 MR 15 Armor Build out of Catalyst the Protector + 1 Null Magic Mantle + 1 Cloth Armor + 350 Gold.

UNIQUE PASSIVE - SIPHON: Gain 2 Armor, 2 MR and 20 Health for every 5 minions your allies kill (1000 unit range). Stacks up to 20 times for a max of 40 Armor, 40 MR and 400 health.

PASSIVE: Can only have one Siphon Item UNIQUE PASSIVE – VALOR'S REWARD: On leveling up, restores 150 health and 200 mana over 8 seconds.

A second siphon item would be similar but you'd gain AD, AP and Health instead. This perhaps could be split into two items, one for AP, one for AD.

Stand on base and place 25 wards. You just leveled up. A better solution would be to give a little experience for destroying wards since you were likely out of lane for a bit in order to clear them. Or you could get assists on any kills where your wards helped since your teammates wouldn't have even seen that enemy there if not for the ward.

An easy solution: The XP gain could have a 15 second cooldown.

The problem with destroying wards is it wouldn't help supports because "OMG report soraka she is CSing the wards!" and it's simply impossible to deteremine if your ward really actually helped or not. I can already see eeryone simply throwing a ward down in the middle of a teamfight to get assists.
