With how Graves is on everyone's minds, and a strong pick throughout the year, AND Riot's... careful attitude towards nerfing him, it would not be surprising in the least.

Did he even impact the LCS in anyway though? Because I think this is also a major contributor to who gets the Victorious skin.

I think Bard has been a substantial presence this season, although, I'm going to put some doubt on the new Victorious skin being an ADC, Support, or Jungler. The Victorious skins to date are Janna, Elise, Jarvan IV, Morgana, and Sivir, and technically Triumphant Ryze. What this means is that there really isn't a hardcore top laner or a dedicated mid laner who has ever received a Victorious skin. I would think this season would be the one to rectify this and present us with a tank/bruiser who's done particularly well, or some mage/assassin who's always been a great pick all season.
