Only able to put in 3 rp cards?

My friends all bought me an rp card for my birthday, 10 bucks each. I got 4 of them, and after I entered 3, It would keep saying "You have exceeded the amount of attempts at this time. Try again in 24 hours" when I tried the fourth time. Can you only enter 3 at a time?
