Ezreal cooldown nerfs.

I saw a lot of topics arguing about how Riot increased Ezreal Q and R cooldown because he's been using his ulti more than intended. So why not make like what Riot did to Zilean ? He had a time also where he was using ulti more than intended. They didn't increase his W and R cd They actually decreased his ulti cd very low but removed the access of it's cd from the Effect of W . So that W only reduce other abilities cd not ulti. What about doing that to Ezreal instead of so much nerfs that affect ap ez and oldschool ez very badly under the title that blue ez is op .
