Runes should be deleted. They bring nothing to the game but a way to waste your IP to be able to compete with other people.

I have a really cool rune concept in the works I'll be posting a picture in the coming days. Still need to refine it. Along with rune pages you could purchase slots for rune presets for a minimal cost. Allowing you to store certain configurations you liked. Maybe assign a role to the presets or even have folders. Say for support configurations. Jungle, mid...

Eh. They seem okay to me. Maybe just changing how the regen runes work since now regen is based on % of your base regen. No one really uses them though. Maybe they would seem more useful if they were updated to match how regen works in game (and if they gave meaningful bonuses).

(both for Health regen and mana regen)

They are currently adjusting masteries, my guess is runes will be next.
