Luden's echo and essence theft.

So I was looking up luden's echo and noticed that it procs spell effects. Essence theft is Ahri's passive and is considered a spell effect. Would luden's echo bolts proc a fully charged essence theft thus healing her more in lane?

Edit - Found my answer. It does not proc, same with brand passive.
