So why does Nami have more movement speed than Sona?

Seriously what is the reasoning that Sona has 10 less movement speed than Nami? Before you say Sona 's E ability gives MS look at Nami's passive. Nami has 4 abilities that can apply FLAT scaling movement speed.

You guys might be thinking a little MS is nothing but in fact its quite important when poking. When you poke and can't get away from the retaliation it can be devastating. Especially on Sona since she melts faster than anyone after getting hit with any CC like Morg binding or hooks.

Probably because of the reason you listed. Sona has infinitely better poke (and damage in general) compared to Nami. If Sona had 335 or 340 MS she would outrun every ADC and some supports - there would be no risk.

Nami can get away with it because her W doesn't do that much damage, she must fully commit to using E, and her CDs are longer. It's also just thematically appropriate. Nami's strengths include long range engages / counter engages / chasing, so her passive highlights that. With a little AP late game, Sona can rotate with her team really, really well. Something that Nami can't really do.

I can say, it's unfair, because Sona lacks of mobility in every case, and against Nami she's just weaker. She has no pre-6 cc, has a weak heal, and a weak scaling ms buff, she's only left with poking, wich is annoying.
