Leaverbuster Forgiveness?

Leaverbuster was implemented to prevent people from leaving games and ruining the experiences of other summoners. But what if the other summoners were fine with it and wanted to forgive the leaving player? Could riot implement a button to excuse the player for leaving the match?

I mean, the other summoners would in all likelyness NOT forgive them.... but on the occasion of a 5 stack or some other occurence... Just my thoughts.

Do be wary that the choice not to forgive them still exists....

And Lastly, One of the major shortcomings of LeaverBuster is its inability to recognize the difference between crashes and actual flat out leaves (or so I've heard) so if anyone leaves albeit briefly, people can forgive that person for something that completely wasn't their fault.
