omg dude i thought it only effected jng creep. thats like 300 dmg every 3 seconds late game omg thats crazy. i tried it out my last game just for shits n giggles on zac and my dmg was 30k full tank build. damn am i the only dumbass who didnt know this lolz

Once upon a time in a custom game, I got 10000 HP as Sion. My Gromp buff was dealing like 800 damage over 3 seconds
