Annie and Janna are probably the best, I almost always play Janna ADC on aram map, but she takes a lot of mirco to use your abilities well and get in the autos. Annie is kind of a seceret pick right now, she is seeing some ADC play in China and Korea at non "LCS" levels.

**Keep in mind none of these picks have any real hyper carry potential, with no attack speed steroids they stall out in mid game which is really important during this season and you will always be at a disadvantage when factoring in DPS.
