She's a safer APC

I consider her Q and R to be fine. Her E though.... It's the most brain dead thing on her kit that rewards her for no reason at all.

I consider Q's range a bit too long.

However, a part of that may just be that the hitbox needs fixing. Its so disjointed.

Yeah she is way to safe. Shield is surprisingly strong that AA from a adc and ignite still don't do it. nobody will ban in bronze its fucking annoying. BOT LANE BANNING TOPS lollll

Because her e is "hur durr miss q but hit e and auto for instant half HP enemy mid at level 4" and also she has a galaxy length ultimate that does veigar ult level damage but in AOE and it has a way shorter cooldown and higher early base damage :-)
