Skin at level 7
So how many downvotes will I get for suggesting that we get a random skin for a champion we get to level 7?

GuaigaWaruiDesu2 votesInvest in the games you love, that's how people on the other end support there lives often times. I understand that it takes time and dedication to achieve level 7, but I am relatively positive that having attained it is plenty considering the badge you get on your character load in screen.
Arcus Diabolus1 votesThe problem with this is there are people like myself who already have all the skins for their champ. I'm not level 7 on anyone, but my point still stands. What do these guys get?
