I know Riot mains are gonna downvote me but...

could really use some work. As a support, he's bad, unfun to play, garbage skins, and the coolest parts about him you cant even use. All he is in that role is a devour bot for when your adc messes up. He would be so much better as a Juggernaut Top lane. By removing his ability to use W on allies, they could add the stuff he really needs to be a top lane:

1. Healing on W
2. His passive working on Red/Blue buff as champs
3. Movespeed bonus toward champs with max passive stacks
4. Less slow when he eats and enemy

If Riot did keep him as a sup, it would be nice if he had a "Make a deal" mechanic like in his lore, like 's or something similar, tone down his damage to add some new stuff to make him feel like a real support instead of a wannabe juggernaut
