[Question]: Stormrazor's Passive

I wanted to talk about the Stormrazor's Passive, Storm's Edge. I've seen Gangplank players apply it through his [Q: Parrrley] & I've seen footage of Miss Fortune applying it through [Q: Double-up] (doesn't apply to her initial target, but will apply to the 2nd Target).

With that being said I have said, are there any other champions that can apply Stormrazor's in the same manner? I would suspect Warwick's [Q: Jaws of the Beast] could apply it since it applies On-hit effects.

It applies on anything that acts like an auto-attack, except Ezreal Q

Most abilities that can crit will be affected by it.

If 100% crit chance will let the ability crit, Stormrazor will let it crit.
