New Champ Select (4th Ban)

Looking at the history of league seems like for every 30 champs there is one Ban. It started with 2 bans and increased to 3 with fizz i think and the number of champs was around 90 at that moment. So we should have had a 4th Ban at 120 or so, now we're almost at 130.

Though i think; there was no point adding a 4th ban while the system was going away, but now with NCS seems it's can happen. But a 4th ban in NCS would mean a ban for every player but one .. raises a lot of questions and issues, also means you will need more champs now to play ranked, and means u need to have a bigger pool of champs for the role you want to play.

A lot of sides to to it more than just the number of champs increasing i know :/ ..

would any Rioter care to let us know what are the thoughts about a 4th ban, good, bad or if it even being considered in the first place?
