I thought minion blocking on the old map was bad. I once saw my friend get completely trapped against a wall by minions and couldn't move till he killed them on the old map. On the new map I find myself getting stuck on them all the time. I don't know if it's because they made the models bigger or what but it is bad. This is also for champs too. Not just minions.

Velasan2 votesIdk why you would say that. Of course they would, because it's televised. It's immediately brought to their attention. When it happens to any regular player they don't typically record it, send in a video which is watched by thousands of people, and then have it documented.
So, yeah if it happens during a recorded team fight they tend to notice lol.

and I couldn't do the old bear stance to tiger then bear and run out on him because I always got minion blocked hard and at points it got me killed a few times in our fights... So I built a phantom dancer lol, but the minion block is real more real than ever before especially by friendly minions !

DSRM Mobius1 votesI typed this up over a year ago. Yes, with the patch that introduced us to pre-season I think minion blocking is bad. But when the new map came out it was fine.

I haven't played a melee solo lane since the update. But now that I've just played Mao top, I gotta say I agree that minion blocking seems to be more of an issue than it was. Maybe it's the new Mao model or a combination of Mao and the new minion models, but I had a hard time walking between and around my own minions in order to last hit.
I haven't had a "trapped" issue yet, but I can see how it might be possible based on my melee laning experience so far.
