Why the hell is there so much armor pen and %hp damage being thrown into so many champs and items? Practically every champ released recently has some sort of %hp damage, not to mention the existence of botrk and the sudden fuckton of armor pen items. It just seems unnecessary.

%health damage is annoying (specially when it's magic damage that scales AD) but without it health stacking would run rampant.

Just curious - what champion has % HP magic damage that scales with AD? Lee Sin? Poppy?

Actually Gnar's %HP scales only with level, but has an additional 100% AP ratio, meaning AP Gnar nukes you for like 1k health every 3 seconds late game.

That doesn't mean the % damage scales off of AD. It just means he does physical damage at the same time.

dangopee1 votesTanks are really strong right now. Flat pen is meaningless against tanks. Literally an 800g 
counters ALL of most AD assassins flat pen.
