Who is the 1%

When you get that 1/100 AA Crit is awesome. Hell very rarely I crit enemies and they loose quite abit of health especially when I'm playing Zed and they're lower than 50%. It's just glorious [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]

Yeah sometimes I wonder about it's usefulness though.

Why would you take a 1% one when you can get a 2% quint?

one game i killed the redbuff with having 5hp left because the 1%rune did its dirty work...on a champ that relies on auto attacking the rune is pretty much mandatory. 2ad more or less will not win you a game, but a lucky crit at the right time can snowball it heavily (which is why crit-rng is just really bad design, but as long as it exists it would be stupid not to abuse it).

1 Crit red rune every time. I notice it in the jungle; it's nice.
