I would say 
is a woman with white hair who desperately needs shop somewhere else for swords, as hers seems to break only after a few seconds :p
She is a demon servant of Teemo wrapped in a waifu costume with the sole purpose of bringing out the worst in people.
Later, Yasuo came around to help her with said task and they ended up making a competition out of it.
Well you thought wrong, but Riven has now an extra member in her fanbase.

If you're a Riven fan make sure you look up boxbox doing Arcade Riven cosplay. He even plays with a ps4 controller. It's insane. It made me question my sexuality blush
