Not quite the same. The pic above shows a stupid adc. The "pic" you have could imply the support is the stupid one -- perhaps even more so than the adc.

Support politely tells adc what they did wrong in early trade to give enemy bot duo a double kill and another 2 kills later in laning
Adc explains it is all the idiot support's fault, they're now muted, leave lane so they can do better solo
Adc continues to feed
support roams mid and in the matter of 30 sec gets their mid (who wasn't merely going even in lane) a double kill on enemy mid and jungler
support continues to snowball other lanes
feeding adc gets spoonfed a quadra in a teamfight and takes all the credit
repeat 3 times and win game
adc tells "trash" support, "see, I told you i'd carry even after you fed and screwed up my lane"
support thinks "why do I play this role and support people like that adc every game?" "Oh yeah, because watching enemy carries run for their lives from me 1v1 when they just laugh at getting to 1v1 my adc is hilarious."

Funny enough, I actually tend to my mana carefully, but if the enemy engages, you can't expect me to just sit still and let her get killed. A W to the enemy Jhin, a E to my Jinx, a Q to slow them down and if worse comes, an ult to help her stay alive.

After such an engage, of course I'm gonna be out of mana, but that Jinx didn't care, even after barely surviving the enemy engage.

In this case she just told me to shut up after I pinged her head 5 times to fall back.

Then there was also a moment where Jhin ulted, she was too low and I tried to position myself to take the shots, being full HP. She ran behind a bush and died.
