Why did you rework LeBlanc if you destroyed it now? Well, the point was to rework assasins, but you are now reduced dmg to her and that it is impossible to play above the silver. Riot each hero created by LCS scene and you are not interested in ordinary players. Look at Azir, Ryze, LeBlanc, Nidalee ... All heroes are destroyed only that they do not play in LCS..Really sh*t company...

Otherworldz2 votesIt's because of how often she was picked in LCK and LCS. It's the same reason Rengar keeps getting nerfed.
Riot knows there are other champions that are just as broken as LeBlanc and Rengar. However, when so many pros decide to abuse a handful of specific champions like LeBlanc to the point where riot can no longer ignore said abuse, they feel the need to take drastic action due to most people believing that the champion is inherently broken.
Once Leblanc stops getting picked so much in pros and starts to fall under the radar a bit, I suspect they will give her some love.
DAKiNHO873 votesYes, but there is no reason to reduce AP ratio from AP 0.6% to AP 0.2% on W. It's really too big nerf to her main spell. She were balanced when she were 0.6% AP ratio, and now can not be carry with 0.2%.
