That's interesting because she just had her main rework not too long ago, do you by chance know what the problematic parts of her kit are? o-o

The rework didn't address her issue of lack of counterplay. She went from a strong niche pick in pro play, to 98% pick/ban, and was also perma-banned in solo queue due to her oppressive laning and oneshot potential from her passive. It shifted her from a champ who just QRW's you, to a champ that can apply her passive and proc it in thousands of different ways.

They had to basically Evelynn her W, on top of receiving half a dozen nerfs since the rework went live, and she still is ungodly strong in higher tiers of play, while banned a somewhat fairly often number of times in regular games. People who main the champ complain that a lot of her speed and quick combos are gone, which is true, leaving both her playerbase and those who play against her disappointed.
