Hello everybody! It's been 4 patch since you nerf LeBlanc. I think that it needs to give a little attention. She can't no longer play with the old build, so we must now to max Q and need to buy Hextech Gunblade. I think you destroyed her W to much, because her W earlier was scale with 0.6% of AP, now scaling with 0.2%. I think it's too much, she is on 42-43% winrate now. I would ask to buff her W, minimum to 0.4% of AP, maybe to 0.5% of AP, because it is very bad in the larger divisions with this build. Create a game for us ordinary players, not only to the pro scene.

Buff her W back to what it was and remove waveclear and she is fixed and fun again.

Yes. I think it was a lot more fun than it is now. True, it was broken for the LCS, LCK, etc... But that's why he created a system of 10 bans.

Revert her q to the old one lessen the dmg alittle bit and revert w and give her slow on her e back but lessen the range alittle bit. Fixed and hopefully not perma banned. This would mean she's also not perms banned in lcs as well.

Please note at the moment Riot Meddler is looking into Leblanc however they're yet to announce any actual changes. This was shown on some Q&A and here is the quote.

Question - Hey meddler, You mentioned future work on lb, any news on what and when that will be coming?

Answer - It's currently in testing, though I haven't had a chance to play it yet myself. Hoping to give it a look sometime this week so I speak more usefully about the details."

It's highly unlikely for a rework to be reverted. People have been complaining about the Shaco 'rework' since day 1 but he's only gotten weaker since. While they have undone a rework in the past (Kog'Maw) they only did it due to them being unsure of how to balance it and overall left Kog in a weaker state than he was prior to the changes.

But isn't that what Leblanc is now ? Leblanc was some power pick but she had a better win rate than she does now. You can't balance Leblanc in her state. She was gutted and her win rate plummeted she has now has around a 47% win rate which isn't even decent on a mid laner. But she is perma banned in high elo and in pro ? There is really now other way u can balance her now. She needs to be reverted. And about the shaco nerfs they were needed he was at a 54% winrate and he was way to strong maybe riot went alittle overboard but nothing compared to lb.

I feel as though it's a different case as Kog was widespread banned across all ELOs and was a dominate pick due to unknown power he had due to the synergy found via On-Hit builds compared to his traditional crit.

The Shaco nerfs were justified 100% and then some however it still does not change the fact of the communities dislike of the overall changes to their champion. I only used Shaco in this example as he is someone the community wanted to be reverted despite him getting better as it lead to a different playstyle.

unistall the game lol . the reason you all nubs build gunblade is because this bronze like dude from tsm build it first on his stream . you are all just copying streamers . its not because she is hard or weak . on my first game with leblanc after her rework i got 27/9

You're completely retarded. When he first came out to rework it, I made scores with 25 KDA, it was a little broken. He then received a nerf and then it was okay champion. I don't copy streamers, but build with Hextech is only possible build on her. Try to play the ranked with an old build, you'll see that after 20 minutes each will be able to kill you.

Keep in mind she was recently nerfed losing 45/115 base damage (based on rank) and a 40% AP Ratio on her distortion and additional nerfs I can't recall on ultimate distortion. I hate the champion but they were overnerfed and do need some balance changes. Anytime a champion has a low winrate and playrate it's often a sign that they're struggling and need some attention (similar to why Heimerdinger is getting changes).

LeBlanc right after her rework and where she is now is almost a completely different LeBlanc. Right after her rework she was a little overpowered, but then riot non stopped nerfed her giving LeBlanc the Azir treatment. currently LeBlanc is sitting at a 47.8% win rate which isnt super bad, but it certainly isnt great or even decent. she only does good as a counter pick now really http://champion.gg/champion/Leblanc/Middle

EU and NA different servers and regions, so win rates are different between them also, here in NA LeBlanc isnt struggling as much she has a 47.8% win rate. But i still agree she needs a little bit of love

Um yeah, every LB main did that too, you can check my match history too, one of them was "support". But that was months ago, she's not nearly as good as she was then, matter of fact she's worse than pre-rework.

Look how many broken champions we have? Yasuo, Vayne, Master Yi, Xin Zhao, Fizz, Lux, Brand etc... They are bigger problems than LeBlanc. So, she need a buff.

Yasuo isn't that good now way to squishy. Vayne is to over loaded true. Master yi is such bull shit. Gets a penta by right clicking. Xin zhao is also bullshit but only if u get him to late game. As a lb main fizz is a pretty ez match up but even when I put him behind so fucking bad he still some how almost one shots me. Lux is fine. Yes can nuke form a mile away but has high cd just get on top of her and she's dead. Brand is bs. Stun + nuke. And I think u r missing sombody( blitz) grab into knock up into silence= no counter play

You just need to learn to play against her if you are STILL struggling to lane against LeBlanc, if you cant beat her when she was given the Azir treatment then no way you will beat her when she is actually balanced again sometime in the future patches.
