A Good Feature

Riot, we should add a "Vote to End" feature. I play a little game called warlight (basically Risk) and often times if someone is trolling the whole lobby will vote to end the game with no penalties.

I'd suggest having the potential to open a global vote to end the game that'd require 8/10 yes votes.

While this may not happen often it would be nice to have this.

For example, if the jungler forgets smite and disconnects for the team, he'll get penalized despite doing good. So rewarding this behavior through the Vote to End feature would be nice.

Then you'll have the obvious trolls who just outright int at the start of the game and go disco nunu or some shit.
