Stuck in plat 2/ plat 1

So , just as the title says, i m stuck in plat 2 /1 , everytime i get plat 1 i get demoted again xD (and so on ). I have to mention that my highest rank was diamond 4. But , idk , im not that kind of person that blames it on the team , but hey this time i must say that its kinda the teams that im getting that are.. kind of bad. Lost free games because bot afked , top decided to troll for no reason like im just uhhh. Anyone in the same position as me?
