I cant normally log into a ranked game

I ve played 7 provisional games so far . In all of them i have experienced issues with logging into the game and weird bugs as well (not to mention the hud bug when u alt tab that makes it impossible to see your hp or anyone elses hp on the map). So far it takes me an average of 5 minutes to log in (compared to 1:30 minutes in preaseason) which is insane. I ve done nothing to my pc , and ive lost 3 games 'cause of this. Not to mention that in every game i see a new bug. Like in my last game where enemy Jinx's ult was invisible the whole game and it was reported by my whole team not just me. What is going on with this game?
