Everytime i log in the other day i lose Ip

So , just as the title says , everytime i log in the next day i lose like around 200-300 ip . Yesterday i had 2100 ip , now i have 1857 ( i havent bought anything). Is this a bug , like for example i didnt have 2100 ip in the first place and then it reset to the true value or what?
