Has anyone managed to counter Rengar with hextech sweeper yet?

And I don't mean your average laning phase gank at 10:00.I 'm talking about AP with full build at late game and actually managing to escape with full health,with the hextech sweeper being the main reason you survived.Because if not,we really need to bring back.
