Nobody asked for it's removal.It never was a reason for anyone to complain about.
Sure,
is good for taking down wards,but it does not make up for the things could do.
Both of them are better than the other one in their own ways.So why not have them both?
The reason they removed it, is to help them balance stealth champions better. Did they do a good job following up on that? No. But that was the intent.
I also want my Green Ward back :^)
