nerf maokai plz

haha I've been autofilled mid three times, picked him and left lane 5-1 each time lol. ended game at least 8 kills and no more than 4 deaths.. against.. an ahri... a kat.. and a leblanc lol. it was satisfyingly easy to all-in them at level 4/5 and kill 'em with my innate tankiness and damage + ignite. I'm pretty sure those aren't supposed to be good matchups either for me.. kat too slipery, ahri too much poke, and leblanc too much of both.

any of these would be good. probably not all are needed, but they'd adjust his success without gutting him.

• halve the effectiveness of the passive cdr from minions, increase passive cdr in early game by a few seconds.
• increase Q cooldown in first three levels of it so he's more (fairly) vulnerable in the early lane
• reduce Q damage by 5
• reduce hp by 5 or 10
• fix the passive's auto's so bad maokais can cancel it by accident again
• reduce the cooldown on E early so he is more susceptible to ganks, and can't just throw two out over the duration of a lane skirmish - to need forward planning to do so.

part of the reason I had such a hard time before his recent update was because they made him so squishy in lane, it was just too punishing. now he is dominating lane with his Q and passive, plus how tanky he is. I don't want them to make him squishy again - that shit's so annoying to deal with on a "tank" leave it for riven and fiora who are supposed to be damage dealers. these changes would make his early game more vulnerable, where he should have a hard time against the lane bullies, without completely gutting his feel as a tank altogether - a careful, experienced maokai still feels in control of their safety, while a new one can get punished easily by players who know as much as to be aggressive while the enemy cd are down.
