Why not just do this for ARURF and make a lot of players happy

I've seen this suggested a few times, kind of surprised it hasn't been implemented yet (I'm assuming Riot would have difficulty coding it?). How about making it so that instead of accumulating rerolls (or you could even add it as an addition to rerolls), you get a point that allows you to choose any champion. So now the people that really want to play a certain champion can do so every several games or so, and also this will prevent a stale and un-fun META from taking over the mode because we still would not see the same top tier champion being picked every single match.
