Would Galio be to strong if
if they made his e unstoppable? im starting to like playing him but i feel like his e is very hard to use even without all of the stuff that can stop it.

His Q got nerfed twice, first time from 9% HP damage to 6% HP damage, now is a ridiculous 3% HP damage. They buffed his AP scaling and reduced his Tankiness. So now is probably in a worse spot than he was before the rework. I have not seen a Galio in any of my games for the last couple months.
