If you're gonna nerf fizz...

Please don't think we can fix this by reducing one thing but raising his ratios even higher than they already are.

Q 100% AD scaling, with 50% ap scaling. W 33% scaling and tripled when active after 2 seconds. with mana refund and cooldown refund by a second on unit kill. E 75% scaling Ult is 60%>80%>120%

Edit, i see people don't agree but in the past they've buffed ratios on a champ after nerfing something else and people have complained about that, and it also never fixed the problem, those champions have remained busted with their damage and no one cares mostly cause they don't get played after that, but once you see it in your game all people ever do in chat is complain about it. Reminds me of when riot said if old poppy was played more she'd be nerfed. Similar to that the hidden busted champs won't be touched until popular.
